| Judith Claire Siegrist Pearl (Faculty 1958-1964) Old Hickory, TN Age 76 April 21, 2011 She was born December 25, 1934 to the late Julius Clarence and Bertha Medaugh Siegrist. Survived by her sisters, Carole Fesmire (James), Nashville and Connie Yates (Ronald); brother, Jay Siegrist (Margaret), Nashville; nieces and nephews. Judy was a native Nashvillian and attended Nashville public schools and graduated from Peabody College. She was a physical education teacher and girls basketball coach at DuPont and Glencliff High Schools. She was named coach of the year in 1960 and 1964 by Optimist Club of Nashville while coaching at DuPont. She retired after 30 years of service in public education. Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 26, 2011 at First Lutheran Church, 113 8th Avenue S. Nashville. Pallbearers will be Craig Fesmire, Andrew Siegrist, Taylor Siegrist, Robert Medaugh, John Phipps, Robert Phipps, Warren Runion, Wade Yates. Thank you to Comfort Keepers Caregivers Cindy Gibbs and Joyce Kline for their loving attention to our sister. Donations may be made to Alive Hospice, First Lutheran Church or a charity of your choice. Visitation with the family will be one hour prior to the service at the church.
