| Anna Louise Poston Baker (Class of 1945) Goodlettsville, TN Age 87 October 10, 2011 Fondly remembered as "Granny" to all. Age 87, born on June 25, 1924; was preceded in death by husband, Julian Bridges Baker, Sr.; parents, Clure and Thelma Poston; sisters, Christine Gambill and Edith Carroll. She is survived by sons, Julian B. (J.B.) Baker, Jr. (Carylon), James, Larry (Carla) Baker; daughter, Anita (Carl) Holt; 9 grandchildren and 6 great- grandchildren. Special recognition to her Keno Club, friends and staff at Sterling House Assisted Living. Memorial contributions may be made to City Road Chapel United Methodist Church. Pallbearers will be grandsons, Julian, Kevin, Brock, Matthew Baker, Gene Holt and son-in-law, Carl Holt. Services to be conducted by Reverend Ron Lowery. Visitation will be held on Tuesday at Spring Hill Funeral Home, from 1-3:30 p.m. A graveside service will be conducted at 4 p.m., in Historic Spring Hill Cemetery, 5110 Gallatin Pike, Nashville, TN 37216; (615) 865-1101.
