| Ernest Wendell Loyd (Class of 1962) Sandy Springs, GA Age 66 June 13, 2011 He was a native of Bristol, Virginia but grew up in Old Hickory, Tennessee. He earned a bachelor's degree in education from Tennessee Tech and a Master's degree from the University of Georgia. Ernest taught elementary math in DeKalb County schools for 30 years. He is survived by his wife Page Riley Loyd, a sister-in-law and brother-in-law, nieces, nephews and cousins. A memorial service will be held at Holy Innocents' Episcopal Church, where he was a member, Thursday, June 16th at 2:00PM. The family requests no flowers.
