(Karen) Smith, Dana L. (Sarah) Smith; 4 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; brother, Robert E. Lee; sister, Dorris Lampley ('50). Funeral service to be conducted 3 p.m. Saturday, January 15, 2011 in Hermitage Funeral Home Chapel, interment to follow in Hermitage Memorial Gardens. Family and friends to serve as Pallbearers.
